Notes - On 8 March 1705, Rebecca Pinkethman, widow and relict of Timothy Pinkethman, was granted administration of her husband's estate. Many family members lined up to file lawsuits against Rebecca Pinkethman as administratrix on debt owed to them by her husband Timothy.
Rebecca made a will date 12 Mar 1707/08. The will was proved in March Court 1707/08. In her will she named her brother George Baskerville and brother-in-law Thomas Cripps as executors.
Rebecca's will refers to a daughter Mary and daughter-in-law Mary. It is unclear whether these are the same person.
