    • Hugh Reynolds was a member of the Muddy Run Society, a Congregation of Covenenters in Lancaster, Pensylvania. Rev. John Cuthbertson was the first Covenenter missionary in America. He kept a diary of his activiteis from 1751 until 1790. The entry in Rev. John Cuthbertson's diary on 30 December 1756 reads:" Rode 6 miles to and from W.
