• Notes

  Robert is mentioned his his father’s will as having “labouored three years for himself.” He deposed on 1 April 1687 that he was about 23 years old. Hernico Co. VA Wills & Deeds, 1677-1692, p. 424. He was given 106 acres by his borther John Woodson “wheelwright” on 2 June 1690 (Henrico Co. VA Wills & Deeds, 1688-1697, p. 131) and probably died young without issue.
