  The marriage of John Whitlow to Catherine Barnett and the birth of his four children are recorded in the Douglas Register. John was the son of William WHitlow and Martha Farrar. He was born in about 1735 in Henrico Co. and died in 1815 in Kentucky. Catherine was born in about 1735. They married on August 1, 1756 in Virginia. Their children were: Ursley, Fanny, Jean, Pleasant, Jesse Wilson, John, William, and Jordan.
