  Augustine apparently inherited the land of his father. He is mentioned as an adjoing landowner in several deeds. On 29 Nov. 1787, Augustine Wright of Wake Co., NC, as heir of Thomas Wright, conveyed his interest in the same land to John Pope, Jr. Granville Co. Deed Book N, p. 21.
