In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Snow of the County of Bedford, being Sick and Weak of body but of perfect mind and memory for settling my Temperal Affairs and preventing Disputes about such Estate a I shall leave at my Death, do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following, first Recommending my soul to God who gave it thru the Mediation of my Dear Redeemer, hoping thereby to Receive remission of all my Sins and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executors herafter mentioned.
Imprimis, I give and Devise all the Land that I possess to be equally Divided between my Sons John, William, Thomas, Henry and Mark Snow to them and their Heirs for ever.
I give to my Dear and beloved Wife Winifred during her natural Life my Negroe Winch Dinah, her two Children (Jude) and Bett with what further Increase she may still have, and at my Wifes Death, I give and Devise the aforesaid Winch Dinah her two Children with what further Increase she my have to my two Daughters Sally Adams (and Mary Bennett) to be equally Divided between them and their Heirs for ever.
I desire that my Household Goods plantation Utensils Carpenter and Cooper Tools and my Stock of Horses Cattle, Sheep Still & Hoggs be equally Divided between the whole of my Children and I desire that my Wife may Retain as much as will be necessary for her use During her natural Life.
I do herby nominate constitute and appoint my sons Thomas and John Snow Executors of this my last Will hereby Revoking all other Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In Testimony wherof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 31st day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ 1781.
