    • William Beaver purchased 285 acres on both sides of Rattlesnake Creek from Joseph Tolbert on 30 Sep 1784.  Caswell County Deed Book C, p.24. 
       
      William Beaver gave his son Johnston Beaver 50 acres of landon Rattlesnake Creek adjacent Jere Beaver on 14 Dec 1795.  Caswell County Deed Book J, p. 170. 
       
      William Beaver sold 50 acres on Moon's Creek adjacent Roberts and Beaver to Samuel Henderson of 24 lbs on 17 Jan 1797. Caswell County Deed Book K, p.36

      William Beaver sold 37 acres on Rattlesnake Creek to Sterling Gunn for $75 on 13 Mar 1801. Jesse Beaver witnessed the deed. Caswell County Deed Book M, p. 11-2.

      William Beaver gave his son Jeremiah Beaver 148 acres ofland on Rattlesnake Creek adjacent Samuel Henderson, Sterling Gunn and WilliamLyon in Jan 1801.  Caswell County DeedBook M, p. 244.  Jeremiah sold the land to Sterling Gunn on 16 Nov 1801 for $200. Caswell County DeedBook Q, p. 72. 
       
      William Beaver gave his daughter Patsy Beaver a bay mare, asaddle, and some household furnishings on 18 Dec 1808.  Caswell County Deed Book P, p. 291-2.
